Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters

I love the Percy Jackson books. I thought the film would be boring and be like the book. I was wrong. The film was amazing and it wasn't completely copying the book (that's a good thing). I got more suprises. There were also some very funny bits. Also, Tantulus from the book wasn't in it. In the film, Percy, Clarisse, Annabeth, Tyson and Grover go to find the Golden Fleece so Thalia's tree can survive. But is this a good or bad thing?

I would rate this film

The Smurfs 2

I really liked the first Smurfs film I saw 2 years ago. I hoped The Smurfs 2 would be just as good. It wasn't. Smufette got captured and 4 other smurfs tried to save her from the now-famous Gargamel. That simple sentence was dragged out into 105  minutes! Some of it was exciting, some not. I know that this was a short review but I'm going to rate it now.

BA Silent Picturehouse Kids

On Sunday (28th July 2013) I went to a British Airways event called Silent Picturehouse. They had done them the whole week. The day I went was a day with children's films. The choices were: The Muppets, Oz the Great and Powerful, Cars 2, Alice in wonderland or Up. I watched The Muppets. It was actually the third time I've watched The Muppets! At the end, children got goody bags. The included: biscuits, a chocolate lolly, a bag with activities inside, a bottle of water, a book to keep track of how far you've flown, a carton of juice, top trumps and a poster for the film Planes.
The website is here.

Now some photos:
